INSANITY has moved on with the times and now all classes are done LIVE virtually from the comfort of your own home! Since Covid-19 earlier this year, all fitness classes including Insanity LIVE was moved online. Since starting this new venture online the numbers have soared and because of the interest of this, I have decided to keep it online via zoom! You can invite as many people in your house as it is 1 ticket per household!
